Kyle is a brilliant estate agent

Kyle is a brilliant estate agent - he is fantastic at comms and helped us throughout the whole process. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell a property in the area! He sold our flat quickly and seamlessly, which helped the overall process be as smooth as possible and he fully deserves the 5/5 review! I had a great experience with JBrown overall, they take solid pictures and videos of the property which help gain interest in a cluttered market.

Kyle went above and beyond.

Kyle was always quick to reply to my emails or WA messages, and to return a call if I got his ansafone. He was extremely helpful, and was patient when things got slowed down, and he always put forward suggestions to get things moving. I always knew that he would listen to me, take the time to understand the issue and then do all he could to help move things forward. Kyle is very approachable and proactive, very competent, really a pleasure to work with.

The way you responded to my review shows your incompetence. Sarah Cottor is a name provided by Trustpilot, nothing I chose myself. Unfortunately, the issues raised have not been resolved by J Brown. All you decided to do was to defend yourselves without ANY consideration for your customers. You chose your own gain over our situation and showed absolutely zero interest in helping us. Incredible Service

Emma was my real estate agent for the duration of the purchase. She went above and beyond to ensure that every question was answered for me. This was my first time buying a house so I had countless questions. She made herself easily contactable and would often reply late at night, on weekends and even when she was sick. Her work ethic was second to none and she was extremely efficient and proactive throughout every stage of the purchasing process. Emma is an exemplary real estate agent and I will be sure to come back to her should I require her services again. Kyle was also extremely helpful at showing me the property in Emma’s absence.

James at JBrown did an absolutely brilliant job getting numerous viewings and several offers on the table in the first week! We have now sold and James was helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, lining up all the parties and keeping the various stages on track and running smoothly.
