GoogleAwful estate agents, please do not rent a property from them. They manage a property on Mulgrave Road called Lavender Apartments. They do not respond to your calls, emails or fix any maintenance issues. I have lived in the property for 4 months now and I have had leaks in my bathroom, windowsill in the living area and an emergency leak under the sink. I had to call an emergency plumber and pay for this out of my own pocket as the out of hours would not respond to me. I still have not been reimbursed by the agency and they are refusing to speak with me. Please save yourself the stress and hassle and find yourself decent, honest and trustworthy agents to rent from. I will never rent from JBrown again as they have caused me so much unnecessary stress.

GoogleThe most dreadful experience of my life, I had nothing but issues in my apartment at 12 The Ridge way, have so many issues since move in still not resolved! The building has had a improvement notice from the council and J Brown are still continuing to work with the landlord and rent out apartments. I would avoid these at all cost! if they had any integrity they would of parted ways with the landlord.

GoogleWould recommend going through JBrown Estate Agents. 3 of us searching for somewhere to rent with minimal luck, JBrown contacted us with an ideal rental property. 2 + 1/2 weeks later and we were moved in and done. Couldn't speak more highly of our contact at JBrown who was there to answer every question, guide us through and get it over the line. Thanks to the rest of the team there too.

I wouldn't trust the good reviews.2 months after moving in to a rental property, the agent messaged me to ask: "Would you mind, (and only if you've been genuinely been happy with the service of course!) leaving me a quick review on google?"Only asking for reviews if you've had a good experience? I lived in their flat for 12 months. They made many promises before singing the contract, but after that they more or less vanished. It took them 9 months to fix an issue. When the end of the contract was approaching, they stalled and stalled when I asked about renewing, and in the end told me 3 weeks before the end that the landlord was not renewing the contract. During viewings their agent demonstrated where the dishwasher was by opening it mid-cycle (the loud part), having water splash all over (no, he did not wipe it dry).I would avoid them honestly. When they give you a call they sound very cheerful, but what they actually did was useless and you'd be better off taking your chances with another company.

Lack of communication on multiple instances, especially when it comes to addressing serious concerns & issues. They blame the landlord, the landlord blames them - nothing gets sorted. Battling for over 7 months now with very little action taken.

GoogleI rent a property managed by JBrown. I came into an electric issue last week when I was not able to top up my electric key. Zara and Komal, advisors at JBrown, were so helpful to solve this issue. They were patient and willing to take as many actions as they can to resolve the issue. I really appreciate their support.
