I've rented my flat out with James Pendleton for a number of years and the service has always been very good and they have always found good tenants for my property. This year I moved to letting them manage the property as well and Sam has been excellent - nothing is ever too much trouble and he is quick to respond and diligent about following things up. I know I can rely on him to solve problems and make things happen which is a huge relief as a landlord. Highly recommended.
