We had such a positive experience with James Pendleton when searching for our first rental property in London. Moving country is a daunting task, but from the first point of contact, to viewing the property, to signing the tenancy agreement, the JP team couldn’t have been more helpful and transparent. We especially want to thank Lorna Meijer and Suzan Salih who were always just an email or phone call away, even if we had the smallest query. I would highly recommend JP Homes.

I recently rented a new flat, Toby assisted me through the process and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He was incredibly helpful and polite. The process was very quick and smooth. Toby kept in touch with me at each point of the process to keep me posted on progress and ensured I was well informed of what I would need to do in order to finalise the deal. I would definitely return to James Pendleton simply because of the service that Toby has provided. Give that man a pay rise!

Working with the team at James Pendleton was seamless right from the very start. They are extremely professional but also have a lovely family approach that makes you feel taken care of and not just a number. They were confident in what they could deliver and gave me realistic insights to the market and had a consultative, non-transactional approach. Marcus was a delight to work with, he clearly knew the type of tenants I was looking for and had the whole thing wrapped up in a matter of days. Suzan, their tenancy and renewals consultant was extremely on top of everything from the very start. She is extremely knowledgeable, prompt and eager to help in any way she can. I would highly recommend her and the team at James Pendleton!

I have been renting my flat for about 25 years, about 15 of them with James Pendleton. My experience with them has been amazing - they are responsive, attentive, and handle every issue whether it be a drawer that needs fixing in the kitchen, a broken boiler or finding a new tenant with absolute professionalism. It is a pleasure working with them and piece of mind that they are taking care of my flat. Suzan was wonderful in explaining the processes involved in renting and helping us sort out all paperwork/documents for a speedy, efficient, stress free rental. The rental has been between two families and she liaised with all parties involved and never once made us feel as if we asked too many questions or that she had to repeat things to each family ! It has been a pleasure dealing with Suzan and everyone at JP and we are now looking forward to enjoying the flat with the back up support if needed.

James Pendleton is a fantastic agency, and I had an amazing experience conducting my property search with them. The man behind making that happen for me is Thomas Soutar - one of James Pendleton's senior letting consultants. He really went above and beyond - he was quick to book me in for a viewing, quick to send my offer to the landlord, and quick to let me know that my offer was accepted - in fact, it literally took only 10 hours from the time I found the property online to the time I was notified my offer was accepted - because of how fast Thomas works. He also responded to over 30 emails from me in the span of a week, and replied over the weekend. Thomas made sure I was well aware of the entire process and remained extremely transparent in all our conversations. It was important to me that I move in as soon as possible, and Thomas made it happen. If you're in the market for a beautiful flat to rent, I'd recommend looking with James Pendleton - and if you need someone who can respond quickly and get the ball rolling without prompting them, Thomas Soutar is your guy.

I have used James Pendleton for 13 years in relation to my flat at Clapham South, for the sourcing of tenants and management of the on-boarding and exit process and also day to day issues. A great service overall and Zosia has been a key contact year on year and is very reliable and responsive and we developed a great working relationship and I even learned about camping in the hills of Wales!!

We recently used James Pendleton for our sale of an apartment in Wandsworth. It was a challenging period to be selling but despite not quite achieving our originally hoped for sale price JP was very efficient in finding us the right buyer. We had a very smooth process and were able to sell our property without any hitches or delays. A big thanks to Fin Chesterman who did a great job in managing the process efficiently and with a cordial service throughout!
