Terrible! Yuliya made arrangements for us to view an apartment in Pimlico, to meet Leusa there. Leusa called as we were waiting at the property and cancelled the visit as it had been leased the day before. Then we went to visit an apartment with Stefan at Thames City. We liked it, and wanted to confirm the lease as we had a short time frame to move in. Yuliya was aware of our requirements well ahead of time, for short term rental. She sent a message that the building management could not accommodate our short term requirement. Totally wasted our time!

I’ve had a really positive experience working with Shanze my new managing agent, particularly during a recent tenant changeover which could have been quite stressful. From the outset, she handled everything efficiently and professionally, keeping me informed and ensuring that any issues were resolved quickly and smoothly. There were a few challenges with the new tenant moving in, but she dealt with them exceptionally well. Her communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring throughout, which made a big difference and gave me confidence that everything was in good hands.
