We have just purchased a property through James Alexander and have to say they were by far the most honest, straightforward, professional, communicative and caring estate agents Ive ever come across, and I think I viewed with and contacted just about every estate agents in croydon during our search! We had the pleasure of having Caroline as our sales negotiator during the purchase, and I have nothing but praise for her and the whole team, who were always incredibly responsive to any enquiries I had. I found the whole buying process with them very straight forwards and clear. They were up front and honest at every point, and genuinely felt that they cared just as much about the buyer as they did the vendor. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy or sell through them again, and would thoroughly recommend! Our last house buying process was so stressful experience, I was almost dreading doing it all over again, and despite their being set back in dates, it was really pretty stress free. Some 13 years ago I sold my house through James Alexander to buy in a different area but had sufficient left over to buy a flat for rent. New to being a landlord I sought advice from them for a suitable property and bought their recommendation. In 13 years the flat has been vacant for just a few weeks in all that time with very little work need doing to it in that time. Long standing staff Kelly and Caroline have always been a great help in dealing with any issues Cant recommend James Alexander highly enough. Very professional

We had a really tricky sale due to the changes in stamp duty and the Brexit uncertainty. Without James Alexander's support we would probably have given up hope after two buyers fell through at a late stage. Thanks to their perseverance, timely advice and unstinting support we have now completed and are happily ensconced in our new home. These guys don't just put adds in Rightmove and Zoopla, they really care and worked hard to make our sale happen. Always available, always helpful, I cant recommend James Alexander more highly.
