GoogleIf there was an option for 6 stars I would give it. I have had a brilliant experience with James Alexander, in particular with the agent that handled our purchase - Caroline. She was brilliant from start to finish, dealing with a particularly sensitive situation with care and attention. I was so impressed with Caroline and James Alexander that I said I would give a glowing review whether my property went through or not - fortunately it did! Chris & Isabelle

GoogleVery rude on the phone, they will not allow you to book viewing unless you already have offer on your property. I would not trust them to sell my property and would not recommend them.NegativeProfessionalism
We are very sorry that you are upset, we would never intend to be rude, so if you felt this then we apologise. We do have rules to follow but we appreciate that you are not happy with the way this has been handled. You have viewed the property once, three weeks ago and stated that you have still not placed your property on the market which will need to be sold before you can buy. You wished to come around and bring builders for quotations. We will not carry out further viewings unless you are in a position to buy, which you confirmed that you are not. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we are even more protective of our clients in this way. We have explained this to our selling clients and they are happy with our response. We tried to explain this to you and thought we did so politely. We will always defend our sellers from any unnecessary risk and any contact increases risk in a Pandemic. Contacts from you and your builders would be unwise and certainly goes against government guidelines-sorry and best of luck with selling your home.

GoogleArranged a property viewing with them, waited 15mins outside property and no one showed. When booking in the viewing the office admin said she would follow up with me after the weekend viewing, she didn’t call me either.

We take all complaints very seriously, please call me directly to discuss on 0208 679 8601 having spoken to the staff member, they said that they called several times to confirm and left a voicemail with no answer so thought that you had decided not to attend we are very happy to rearrange and had you called us on the day we would have made sure someone was there for you to view

GoogleCan't give a zero, lied to on a regular basis, takes forever to get a response and even longer to get them to react. sale lost due to their tardiness. Use at your own peril.

GoogleI would give zero if possible. Every time I have called these agents after finding a house online they take details and never return calls. it comes across as either they don't want to sell or they put the houses up online to fool sellers and make it look as if they tried to sell their house fairly. I would never recommend these agents to anyone.

Any problems we had with the sale and purchase of our new house were dealt with efficiently and courteously. Exceptionally nice people to do business with.
