I don’t usually write reviews but I feel compelled to write a review because Thomas Kear was amazing. I met Tom six months ago thats when I started looking for my next property in the tooting area and straight away I really liked the the way he was talking to us , he’s straightforward no-nonsense guy. Luckily they’ve got the property that I really wanted but it was really tricky to get it sorted because of the timeframe and a lot of information really I don’t wanna bore anybody with . Tom just been really supportive he really helped he always found solutions and kept moving the transaction forward until we exchanged. I cannot praise him enough as a buyer it’s always really difficult as the lot of you probably appreciate but Tom was just amazing he’s got the ball rolling I felt like I can talk to him tell him about we our concerns and he always was very positive he listen to our prospective and to found a way round obstacles and in the end we exchanged because of him. I was dreading dealing with estate agents, but when purple brick failed to attract any interest, I’ve decided to go with a high-street agency. Used all 4 available on the high street but Jackson’s really stood out. Got me 4 decent offers after just 3 weeks in the market while other big agency (won’t name and shame) was just trying to force me to reduce the price! What’s Jackson’s secret weapon you ask? What makes them so much better than KFH? it’s Michael Odish. Will and others are great too.. but Michael is the best of the best.

Tom was very helpful and proactive in finding us a new home. Luca and George were also very accomodating. As well as showing us many suitable properties, they let us visit our eventual choice as many times as required without delay. They also guided us through the slightly complex purchase process with aplomb and aided the communication between the conveyancers and the vendor. I thoroughly recommend them.

Jacksons Tooting was brilliant at helping us find the right property and giving sound advice along the way. Once Joseph showed us a property we loved, made an offer and lost in a bidding war, he tailored his listings for us. We didn’t visit properties that didn’t fit our needs or budget, but he did try to offer some creative alternatives when the right property wasn’t obvious. Ultimately we found a perfect place which was different to what we initially started searching for, all because Joseph listened to what we were looking for. The after sale team also helped the process to be as seamless as possible. Davina was relentless following up with both our solicitors and our sellers solicitors, with constant follow up to us and our seller, ensuring nothing was amiss. Would highly recommend Jacksons.

Great experience and result when selling a flat. When selecting an estate agent I much preferred Will at Jackson's to the other company I met. Will was very interested in my property and how we would market it whereas the other company was more interested in bad-mouthing the competition. The market was quiet but Will managed to get the one potential buyer to up his initial very low bid up to a good price. The buyer of my property wanted to complete before Christmas. That didn't look to be on the cards but through Michael's daily chasing of solicitors on both sides it actually happened, which ensured the sale went through. When I was moving out Michael popped round to check a couple of things and ended up helping load up some items into the van. Well over and above expected service levels! Great job all round.

Michael actually found the property that was an exact match to my requirements. Despite the extremely tight time deadline (around 6 weeks) between offer acceptance and completion, with Michael's dedicated professional service all went perfectly to schedule. Throughout the process all hurdles from the seller side were dealt with professionally and on a daily basis. Jenelle and Nick (Balham office) were on hand from start to finish to help ensure that all of the administrative logistics were completed in time for moving. Jenelle and Nick were particularly helpful throughout the referencing process and ensured that all checks were cleared in the week window between our offer and move in date working late into the evening on more than one occasion.
