My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Peter James, very personable and knowledgable. My girlfriend and I have very different styles so he did really well to find us properties which catered to both our needs. We're both first time buyers, so lack any working knowledge on the process or purchase - Peter was very great at giving us an idea and came forward with recommendations, brokers, surveyors etc. I would highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.

Highly recommend. Getting your first place can be a daunting process but Peter James was absolutely brilliant. Really great experience selling my flat through Jackson's Tooting. George visited the property initially and gave us an appraisal which we were happy with. They soft launched the property and within a week we had 8 viewings, and an offer we were happy to accept. Kadeem in particular was extremely helpful throughout the process. He built a really good rapport with me and my partner, and gave some excellent responses and advice to my questions around property listings, helping us extract the maximum value from the property, and it was Kadeem who secured us our offer. He was very communicative, keeping us in the loop at all times, and talked to us in a way that made us feel comfortable, compared to other estate agents where it felt like they were constantly on the make. The whole team's energy was great, they seemed genuinely excited to be selling the flat, and we genuinely enjoyed every interaction with them. This was our first time selling a flat, and did not expect to feel like the estate agent had our best interests in mind, but Kadeem & George were brilliant. Highly recommend, will almost certainly use Jackson's again when the time comes to sell.

As a first time buyer I was pretty overwhelmed with the whole process, but Jacksons Tooting made the whole process very easy. Nikkyl guided me through making an offer, being very open & honest about everything that was going on. He also provided excellent after care taking time out of his day to allow me to check out the property before I moved in and advising on Sophie was extremely dedicated to my case, responding straight away at all hours of the day. We’ve had a really positive experience with Jordan as our letting agent with Jackson’s. I’ve often in the past felt that estate agents did not have our best interest as renters and I’ve felt lied to along the process to get more money out of us or to push us into offering more than necessary. However throughout the process I’ve been pleasantly surprised by Jordan advising us only to up our offer where necessary for example. This has made what could have been a particularly stressful process with the current rental market in a London, a stress-free one. Jordan has also been very easy to get in contact with and has always been able to manage our request such as to organise a second viewing, which again has been really helpful. I wouldn’t usually leave a review for an estate agency but felt it was necessary as have been really impressed by the service! Thanks Jordan and Jackson’s estate agents
