Finding a new place to live is always stressful, however Jackson’s for the first time have made the process seamless. Jordan especially has been so proactive listening and really going through the details to ensure all of our many wants and needs are met in a professional and friendly manor. Customer care and 5* service is clearly at the forefront of what they do, making sure to be available at any given point both in person and on the phone it’s rare to be waiting on an answer more than an hour! Jacksons have been managing my property (I'm a landlord) for the last 2-3 years. There's been a few niggles here and there but on the whole they are fast, reliable and from what I have seen haven't done any of the dodgy estate agent stuff. In particular Richard Adedeji has been very fast in getting my property let with minimal void periods. In addition the property management team has been very good too (Michael Ajayi).

Rating Nikkyl and his colleagues at Jacksons were the acting estate agents in our recent house purchase. We were extremely grateful for Nikkyl’s help in finding our new home for a very important next chapter in our lives. I didn’t know a lot about Jacksons when I arranged my viewings to buy a place down in Tooting but I’ve been impressed with them throughout. After having had bad experiences with other letting agencies we were fortunate enough to be shown a property by Timi Adeyemi of Jacksons Tooting. She was friendly, warm and honest to our needs and circumstances, she didn’t try to hard sell but showed empathy. Even when there were technical difficulties during referencing she gave suggestions and showed understanding. She gave us as much time and space as we needed to make decisions.
