Truly Truly Awful. Thank you Alfie for prompting us to review you on google, we appreciate it. Alfie was nothing but unhelpful from the moment we signed the tenancy agreement. Alfie switched our utilities provider to an expensive, not-green option without asking/informing us. Alfie didn't provide the check in report for over a month after check-in, despite numerous emails left unanswered. Alfie still has not responded to our comments on the check-in report, many months later. Alfie arranged for a Let Agreed signed to be hammered into our front wall, causing damage, without informing/asking us or the landlord - a month after we had moved in to the property. Alfie lied and told us that we would be unable to make amendments to the tenancy agreement with requests for the landlord such as "remove the broken plastic baby slide from the back garden". Alfie pushed us to get a two year tenancy against our wishes, to increase his commission. I would not like to work with Alfie again.

I recently went on viewings over several weekends with Kadeem from the Jacksons Tooting branch. As it was my first time looking for something south of the river, he was very helpful and patient in answering all my numerous questions. In addition to giving me his honest opinions on the potential of each property we viewed, he also give me a helpful overview on the various parts of Tooting and the surrounding areas. Given my spec, he was able to send over various options, with potential to extend to give me the space I wanted, that I would not have known to consider. In the end, I have purchased somewhere else but nevertheless, I would highly recommend Kadeem as someone to contact if you're searching for a property in Tooting.

I recently contacted Jacksons about a short-term letting for myself and 2 housemates. I was put into contact with Timi, who was fantastic. She really understood and took the time to show us properties that suited the criteria we had set out to her, it really made you feel like you were getting a bespoke service. At the flat viewing, Timi was very professional and listened to your concerns about each property, so as to take them into account if they didn't suit all the requirements you had. Moving is always stressful and Timi's positivity made searching seem like much less of a stress.

I have been searching for a property for my elderly mother for months in a pandemic - feels like I know every agent in South West London. Issues I faced:- prices escalating daily, queues for viewings, Agents not accepting asking price offers, creating sealed bid scenarios and basically not returning calls because they are too busy. If any of this sounds familiar head to Peter James at Jacksons in Tooting, he is trustworthy, honest, professional and most of all he really cares. He doesn't tell the usual Estate Agent story ie this house has several almost asking price offers !!!! I can't recommend Peter highly enough, best estate agent I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Jacksons sold my mothers house, understood her down-sizing issues and found her the perfect property.

Myself and my partner are really happy to have found a flat with Jacksons! We were concerned about the state of the current rental market in London, but we found a flat much quicker than expected with the help of Timi. She was great from start to finish - listening to our needs and sending us our flat as an option to view when we cancelled our original viewings elsewhere. At the property Timi was friendly and knowledgable which made us like the flat even more! Despite a few issues with references (at the fault of LettingsHub as opposed to Jacksons), everything went smoothly and we found it very easy to get through to Timi on the phone throughout this particularly stressful day and beyond. Would recommend Jacksons for a very transparent process in terms of making an offer on a property you like, and a quick turnaround. We are very excited to move in - thanks again!
