Recently completed on our new House in Earlsfield, having Dealt with Will James. We couldn't be happier with the property, but also would like to say thanks to Will himself. After initially having a frustrating experience with this agency, where my request for a property viewing went ignored and I was rudely hung up on when I called to follow up, I was contacted by the manager. I appreciate that they took the time to personally apologize for the situation. It seems this was an isolated incident. While my initial interaction was disappointing, I now feel that they are committed to improving their service, and I’m hopeful that future interactions will be more professional. I met Jack Parsons from Jacksons on a Saturday for a viewing.
