I’ve had a lot of experience moving in and around London and Jackson’s were by far the most efficient and friendly estate agents I have used so far! Kelly was very friendly and didn’t feel that she was overly salesly like many estate agents can be. The whole process from viewing to signing contracts was pretty quick and there was no unnecessary paperwork or fees which is always a bonus. Would definitely use them again.

Jacksons Earslfield have been wonderful and very helpful throughout the entire process of finding our new home to rent in London. My boyfriend and I were searching for a 1 bedroom with lots of light and a small garden and with the assistance of Renee Carty, we were able to find just that. The communication was great and Renee was always on the other end of the phone if we had any questions throughout the referencing and signing process. She was committed to us and made sure we got just what we needed as tenants, which is more than we could have asked for. With the strong communication, we were able to stay calm and trust that we would get there in the end. After initially having a frustrating experience with this agency, where my request for a property viewing went ignored and I was rudely hung up on when I called to follow up, I was contacted by the manager. I appreciate that they took the time to personally apologize for the situation. It seems this was an isolated incident. While my initial interaction was disappointing, I now feel that they are committed to improving their service, and I’m hopeful that future interactions will be more professional.
