Over the past 5 months, Neve Fitzgerald at Jacksons in Earlsfield worked extremely hard to progress my property sale, which was at the top of a chain. She chased extremely incompetent solicitors at Taylor Rose, as well as idle/inept estate agents that were involved lower down the chain, with her professionalism and persistence. If it wasn't for Neve's tenacity and promptly keeping us informed of the exact issues, we would have pulled out of the chain due to lack of transparency and unacceptable and concerning delays with other parties. Thanks to Neve the sale completed in the end, and I hope her employers reward her for going above and beyond.

AVOID: Unprofessional is too kind of a description. We are dealing with Martina Brooks-Davidson…supposedly a Director there. She is the most unresponsive person ever. Once they get what they want you are clearly no longer relevant for them… In the beginning they asked for a 5 star review even though the the process has just finished the process and then they fine big amounts for leaving the contract early because we needed to relocate . We did all the work ourselves, found a new tenant to replace us exactly the day when we left, someone replaced us. The rent of the house is higher since we renovated it so they are getting more money but still charge us an exorbitant amount of money thousands of pounds for what - they did not show the apartment because we found a tenant, the apartment’s rent is definitely higher. Now that they got the thousands of pounds from us, they stopped responding to what we need. Do not work with them

I honestly cannot be more thankful for Paige at the Earlsfield office and all her hard work and efforts to help me and my boyfriend secure our new home.
