Last 6th of October my husband and I have been stressing out on finding a flat to rent in Southwest London as we have to move by 16th October. We have spoken with different letting agents, some of them were not quite helpful or did not get back to us on a timely manner. Until we saw a property on 8/10/21 via Rightmove and send an inquiry thru that app. Aaron Lord of Jackson Earlsfield Estates got in touch with us on 8th of October. He was very responsive and booked our online viewing on the same day. He was very patient in showing the property and made sure to inform us on the pros and cons of renting the flat, which is important as he was honest to disclose everything that a tenant should know. Not only that he too was receptive to our questions. After our offer was accepted on the same day of viewing, Aaron has been assistive and made sure that the process was as quick and smooth as possible. He’s maintained his professionalism throughout. It’s not always true, what they say about Estate Agents! Immediately after COVID, “lock down 1” we put our beloved family home on the market for sale, this in accordance with Dad’s wishes and will. We really needed a fast sale, but with the certainty that it would go through smoothly, and with good solid purchasers. Caspian, the manager of the branch, visited the property. He suggested an excellent asking price that was fair to all parties, which we accepted. Within days, his team had arranged the marketing, and an average of 5 viewings per day until we had 4 four solid offers on the table, within seven days! Caspian and I then met to assess the offers based on the usual criteria, but most importantly; the financial certainty of the offer. We made the right choice and the sale went through without a hitch, much to the delight of all the interested parties and we moved out at the end of September 2020, just before COVID, “lock down 2”, which was a real great relief. So, I would really like to thank Caspian Oaklands the branch manager, Chris, David and others at Jacksons Earlsfield - 372 - 374 Garratt Lane. Not forgetting all his team of lively, fun and dedicated team that helped with the sale. I look forward to working with you again in the future. Everyone I know, including myself, seem to always have a negative experience with any sales/letting agent, but I'm so grateful we worked with David as he completely put that reputation to bed.
