GoogleIf you're looking to let a property with an estate agent that makes your life incredibly stressful, then let with Jackons, Earlsfield.
As a tenant they don't communicate with you and do not appear to communicate to each other internally either. We all have enough admin in our lives as it is, but to be constantly chasing emails that haven't been replied to, calling to find no help at the other end of the line is just the last thing were looking for.
To add to the stress of having a mystery agent manage the property you spend thousands on per month, your deposit will be "protected" by a service called My Deposits that, surprise surprise, has a 2 star rating on Google!
Oh and the person who actually controls whether you get your deposit back or not, when conducting your end of flat assessment isn't even from Jacksons and they don't appear to speak to them either!!!... So all in all they get you in which smiles and grins and you leave with a sore head and the intention to never, ever give them a penny of your hard earned cash ever again.
Well done... worst estate agent EVER!!!!

GoogleHaving teeth pulled without anesthetic is less painful than trying to get issues with the rental property sorted through Jacksons in Earlsfield. The property has had issues with cold & hot water for almost a week now and yet we still have no idea what the solution is going to be or when it will be implemented. Getting past the switchboard is almost impossible and after 4 hours we are still awaiting a return call from someone in the management team: appalling service at this time.
We now appear to be moving towards a solution and so I will reserve final judgement on performance until we have resolved the situation satisfactorily.

GoogleIf it were possible to give a minus score here I would! These guys are quite possibly the WORST property management company I have ever come across. Lazy, inefficient, rude, ignorant, I could go on. They do not have any regard for the tenant, only themselves and how they can make a quick buck. It has taken almost 3 weeks to receive my deposit monies back, and no apology has been given whatsoever. If you can avoid using this company please, please do so or you may regret it!
