GoogleMy partner and I rented through Jackson's for over 2 1/2 years. Although they were good at getting items attended to and having frequent house checks they severely lack in attention to detail.
They lost their spare key to our property (twice), contacted former tenants instead of the current ones on several occasions and tried charging us over £300 in check out fees. This was mainly down to the fact they didn't record email correspondence or use the correct check in report when compiling a check out report.
As tenants, I would not trust them to sort their internal issues out. The have the estate agent look but not the estate agent details. Poor management.
