I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I have had the displeasure of using Jackons Earlsfield for a year long rental. They are the worst company I have ever come across. Repairs are never completed - when we first moved in we were given a long list of the work that would be completed within the first two weeks yet a year later over half of these are still not done. They choose to ignore complaint emails, often only responding when chased - this was a particular problem when we had no heating and condensation/mould for 2 months during the winter. Despite already paying their extortionate (£372) cleaning fee on check out, they tried to deduct this for a second time from our deposit - alongside a ridiculous £144 check out fee which was never mentioned to us throughout the duration of our stay. Considering our check out included us simply dropping the keys through the office letterbox I can't seem to understand what we we are even paying for. Ana and Marta who were our property managers seem incapable of checking through their emails for previous conversations and we have spent many hours on the phone/email to them explaining situations which have already been spoken about and are on their database. Not only this, but upon contacting our landlord directly we found out that they were relaying false information to both us and our landlord - often blaming him for delays in responses which was not the case. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely awful service.

Kerry Dunmall at Jacksons was great. We didn't go with a property through her in the end, but she communicated very well, she was accommodating with viewing times and never tried the hard sell, respecting us to make up our own mind with the facts she gave. Not being pressured made everything so much easier. Unlike some from other agencies, during the search she was always straight and honest about everything, even when it wasn't in her favour. I would recommend her in an instant.

I would highly recommend Jacksons, Earlsfield and Beth in particular. Beth really helped me in a difficult property search when I was based 300 miles from London and went out of her way to be in constant contact and help me through all steps in securing a property. Other agents would send me properties outside of my search criteria and would fail to listen when I explained what I needed but Jacksons were excellent and they would certainly be my first port of call in the future in whatever capacity I would look to engage an estate agent. Jackson’s were great at managing our sale. Initially they honoured a rate from a valuation done 6 months earlier then once on the market they brought serious buyers through the door as well as giving sensible advice on price & market. They also went above & beyond after completion when our delivery firm left some stuff at the old house and Jacksons suggested it could be dropped off and collected from their office so we could get it back! Would recommend.

They don't even deserve one star. Their so called property management team are a waste of time. They ignore everything - you literally have to harass them to get a response, and when someone does show up to "fix" something it is done badly e.g. the carpet on our stairs is stapled down..... We have had the worst year ever living in our property. Starting from the property not being clean when we moved in (they ignored us until we threatened not to pay rent), and ending with the fact that the boiler has not worked for 4 months - over 1/4 of the tenancy. The most unhelpful and lazy people I have ever had to encounter. Needless to say, I cannot wait to move out.

Having tried to sell our property unsuccessfully with another Earlsfield estate agent, it was refreshing when Joe came to value the property to hear his take on how it should be marketed enabling us to get the best deal possible. Within days Will and Sophie had come round to take a look also so they had detailed knowledge when talking to any interested parties. The sale went through with a few hiccups along the way but we were impressed by Joe's willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that solicitors were chased and information was provided in a timely manner. A lesser estate agent would have baulked at the work involved to get the deal over the line! We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were on the market with another agent for nearly a year, Joe from Jackson's came in and gave us all the right advice and we had our offer (which we completed on) within a month. Jackson's only did viewings with people who had the right budget and were looking for our style of flat, which was reassuring after repeatedly having to get the flat ready for viewings with people whose budget was so much more than we were asking with the other agent. All of the staff at Jackson's were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I also think that they set their prices fairly, high enough that vendors have a return on their investment, low enough that purchasers aren't being conned. The other thing I would say is that this particular team, Earlsfield Jackson's, know their area very well. We were delighted, for example, that our shared ownership flat went to another first time buyer and Joe knew exactly how to make this happen. I would highly recommend this firm.
