GoogleCheck all agents for their score, you’ ll be surprised! Absolutely dreadful!!!! Probably the worst agency I had to work with. Currently on a TDS dispute because they are incompetent of comparing two inventory checks. I have emailed them to point out the damages are already reported and they avoid to reply in my emails but prefer to call so I will not have more evidence. Tips for new customers: 1) Have evidence in written for EVERYTHING 2) Do not trust them - Rude - Unprofessional - Literally not honest about anything Worst cases so far: - They charged me a “check in” report and then found out that their accounting department thought we are the checking out tenants. After indicating that they sent us the check out report of previous tenants as new, just by changing the cover and raising a new invoice months later. - The sent me a fake letter as a government deadline and asked to sign liability (😂) for an electricity check that could be conducted within a years time. AVOID!

GoogleMy experience of Jacksons Earlsfield lettings, through Komail, has been extraordinarily positive. From my initial extensive search through all the various agents, it was Komail's initial response and really proactive assistance in finding a property to suit our needs personally which was streets ahead of anyone else's whom I contacted. Komail knew exactly what we were talking about and his evident experience of the market and indeed the entire process was extremely professional. In these very challenging times when financial situations can be complex, Komail managed to facilitate all the details to negotiate and secure our tenancy agreement with a landlord for an ideal property and we are very excited to be moving in tomorrow. The entire team have always been really efficient, courteous, good natured and professional.
