GoogleWorst estate agents ever. Deserve no stars. They broke 2 of our locks on our door, the first of which they just left without informing us and left the front door wide open untill we saw it at 10pm that night, the second they informed the neighbours rather than us. They consistently failed to tell us when viewings were, meaning that they often turned up un announced and left us no idea when people had been in our property. They were also sometimes incredibly rude on the phone, offering no respect or apology when they had messed up (all the time). I will never be using Jacksons estate agents and advise other people not to either unless they want their property left unsafe.

GoogleAVOID! The worst estate agents that I have ever had the misfortune of renting from. We had numerous problems with the property that we were renting including: water leakage so bad that it caused damp and a power outage, broken sockets as a result of the leaking water, mould on bedroom walls, a broken window on a ground floor property. None of these issues were fixed despite several of them posing a significant risk to our health and safety (not even the broken window!). Their property managers are unresponsive and contacts change frequently without tenants being informed so it is often difficult to know who to contact when there’s a problem. In addition to this their fees are extortionate- amounting to over £500 over the course of the tenancy! We had HUGE problems getting our deposit back.

GoogleAfter a week of the "Let by" sign staying up for the flat downstairs I politely requested they remove the sign as it was no longer needed. I was told it would be up for 2 weeks after the new tenants move in - so basically a free advert for a month or so. When I said that seemed a long time and I wanted it removed I was told that they can do this "by law". Nice.
