GoogleI've had my ups and downs with Jacksons, including some incredibly poor service (they both let and manage a rental property I have in Balham) but it seems to have got a bit better of late and I'm very happy with my current property manager Kerry Dunmall who is always responsive and proactive.

GoogleThe worst experience I have had with a letting agent. On two occasions I was forced to make a formal complaint requiring MD intervention to resolve, and on both occasions this resulted in an apology and a goodwill gesture payment. Too many issues to list in full, but some highlights to give you a flavour of what to expect: Protected the wrong deposit amount Invoiced for charges not due Accessed the property without notice or permission (I only found out because of a home camera!) Included unlawful and unenforceable terms in renewal documents Made deductions from the deposit with no basis (eventually paid them when argued) Returned the deposit to the wrong account and many many more. I would never rent a property that Jacksons are involved with again.
