He helped with answering our questions by getting in touch with the previous tenants, and even organised for our keys to be picked up on a different day than originally planned. GoogleI have been dealing with Jacksons Balham for several years as a tenant. They have been exceptionally good. From Aaron, to Claudia and Kim they have all worked fairly, quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend them. If I was ever a residential landlord I would use them.

GoogleWould not recommend as a letting agent. Incredibly poor service, no communication between employees, they get paid for doing absolutely nothing. If you’re a landlord go elsewhere.

GoogleDispite multiple signs, Dispite multiple attempts to talk to staff in the street I get 2 or 3 Junk mail adverts every month. What a waste! It is now at the point where I wouldn't use this company if they were the only estate agents in the world!!
