GoogleFinding a suitable and safe home was a simple a fast process with our Jacksons representative, Becky. Her constantly happy, professional and hard working attitude made moving home actually enjoyable and stress-free! I have nothing but gratitude and will always be thankful we had Becky as our agent. Her responses by email are prompt and she will always find the answer to any questions you have on a property of interest. She is always honest which helps enormously when trying to find the perfect home. I was evicted out of our last property due to refurbishment, problematically making my last day to move New Years Day. I therefore wanted somewhere before Christmas and with Becky's assistance I was in on the 18th December! All paperwork was easy to complete and help was always available each step of the way. Honestly, she is the representative you need if you want a clean service experience and need your ideal home - don't waste your time with any other estate agent. Thank you for everything!

GoogleI haven't always been the biggest fan of estate agents, and have had less than positive experiences in the past. My current experience with Jacksons Balham could not have been more different. I simply can't fault the help and service that Tom has provided from the outset. He has been very pro-active with buyer and seller, built confidence on both sides and basically made everything happen. He has kept contact and communication going throughout (which is always the most reassuring aspect) and nothing has been too much trouble for him. On that basis I would recommend Jacksons without hesitation, and am extremely grateful for the exceptional service they've provided.
