GoogleThe worst estate agents we have ever used. The whole process has been appalling. We had a broken floor, lights and fence for the whole of our tenancy - they promised on a weekly basis to send someone out and sort the problems - which obviously never happened. Our property manager was absolutely useless. They told us we the landlord was selling and then tried to charge us extra without signing to stay 3 weeks longer. The deposit took way over a month and a half to return. They are completely useless and I highly advise you not to use them! The worst estate agents I have ever been with-it became an on-going joke. My house and I have finally got our deposit back and feel like we should be compensated for the stress and hassle! Be warned!

I had no issues with their services and they were thorough on check out. When I came back to the team a few years later with an unusual query regarding my tenancy, I spoke to a number of members of the lettings team and liaised with their branch director, everyone I spoke to went out of their way to be helpful and they were extremely professional and efficient in responding to my query.
