She was not only super helpful, friendly and polite but she was very professional as too. Such a pleasure to deal with someone like herself who takes pride in what she does.
She guided us through the process and kept us update at all times. She went well out of her way to ensure we secured the flat we wanted (even allowing us to enjoy a stress free holiday out of the country during the most crucial time).
Would highly recommend using Jacksons and Mica will not disappoint :)

Whilst during the tenancy, Jackson's have provided adequate service and typically got things fixed in an acceptable timeframe, during our checkout and the process to get our deposit back it was completely different.
After we checked out there were four charges that they put on top which were not agreed with us up front (wardrobe removel, trimming front hedge and apportionement towards decorating), totalling £160.
After 4 weeks we did not yet get our deposit back and I started chasing, upon which time there realised there was another charge that they forgot to mention for checkout fee of £144.
As a result we were hit with £300 unexpected charges and didnt see our deposit until more than 2 months after vacating the property.

GoogleDespite it being one of the busiest times most estate agents have seen in the lettings business, we definitely felt that Jackson's were always going to be the ones who ultimately found the right property for us. We dealt with a lady called Claudia and she found the perfect balance between regular contact, without constantly getting in touch. She would only provide us with properties which exactly matched our specifications which meant we did not waste any time viewing properties we were never going to let.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend Jacksons Estate Agents to anyone.
