GoogleI would highly recommend the lettings team of Jackson's Balham. As a walk in client on a rain soaked Monday after having viewed a property through another local agent I enquired at the office and lettings consultant Jordan found me a property that suited my needs and arranged a viewing within half an hour. A professional and polite friendly manner providing clear trustworthy choices in the often stressful process of property searches and decision making. After the viewing, I'd put a formal offer in within hours and 2 or 3 return visits to the office that afternoon. Always happy to help with any query which made my final decision that much easier. She was proactive in helping us with viewings - despite us having a bit of bad luck with properties disappearing quickly, Claudia thought of us and showed us one that hadn't hit Rightmove just yet which ended up becoming our new place. She kept on top of all communications and was super responsive throughout the process. She also helped us with a tricky immigration status issue by working with her compliance team and ensuring we had a smooth move-in.
