Shocking service provided by jacksons in tooting.Where to start!The day we were due to move in we turned up and the cleaners were still there. They had drenched the sofas and beds to a point where it took two days to dry out and we couldn't sleep on them. We weren't offered a apology and from the start, Jacksons were very argumentative and defensive. We were offered £100 between two to get a hotel for a night in London!We have had multiple issues with the flat all of which have yet to be fixed/refused to be fixed quoting you rented the flat as seen! these include broken tiles that slam against the building keeping us up, a broken dryer, Terrible blinds that don't block any light. After all these issues they then asked if we could drop the landlord's post over to jackson's office as they couldn't be bothered to come and collect it.Incredibly unresponsive and a nightmare to deal with!

Terrible experience. Beautiful office, however, ugly customer service overall.
We were 9 days from moving in when we received a phone call to let us know that the landlord had not even SIGNED the tenancy agreement. They had apparently known this for WEEKS but chose at that point (9 days) to inform us. Absolutely ridiculous when they were giving hard deadlines to return our signatures and complete some applications.
STAY CLEAR AWAY. No email, no apology, nothing. Just a rubbish phone call.
we got email notification from docusign that our documents were voided, but that was all.
We had to cancel the home insurance ourselves.
POOR communication. We had made arrangements to move in and suffered detriments on the reliance that we would do so (i.e., paid for storage close to the property, sorted out WFH with our work/ paid for monthly travel cards in the meantime etc). Yet they were there trying to convince the landlord in the background without us having a clue. We would’ve have understood- ultimately the landlord can choose to do whatever they want. However as our agents we had built a relationship with you, and your conduct was a total breach and betrayal of that relationship. Again, no apology for the inconvenience. Terrible.
