Excellent Helpful Staff, Great Service

We’ve been using Jackson’s to let and manage our 2 properties for years. They even helped us with the original purchases. We live abroad now and it’s a huge reassurance to know that the situation is well taken care of, and we have never had a long gap between tenancies. Paul Rooney has been working with us since the start and has always looked after us, and all the members of the team we come into contact with are always very helpful, professional and prompt. Tia Blackmore, Renee Carty and Gesell Vasquez have been great in helping with lots of things to do with a recent flat purchase and rental. I’d like in particular to commend two members of staff though. Kimberley Rockcliffe has helped us with the letting and management of our original family home for many years now, and has always remained a true professional, even when we’ve had to deal with tricky tenants, she has been an impeccable liaison and smoothed over and tensions and helped to resolve issues. And more recently, Aimee Raval has been our number one contact. As you can see, I have dealt with many staff members at Jackson’s, over many years. Aimee Raval stands out as someone of exceptional and deserves special mention. She is always bright and friendly in her communications, is impressively prompt with her updates, replies and on actioning things that need to be booked in or resolved, and both warm yet eminently professional, and also proactive in anticipating things which might need to be considered. It has made the experience of letting our property far less stressful knowing that she is managing things for us, as I have absolute confidence she is on top of the situation, and manages to hold both the best interests of the tenants, and us as the landlords in mind. It’s an absolute pleasure dealing with her, and a great reassurance to have her acting as our liaison.

Gianna and the team at Jackson’s

Gianna and the team at Jacksons have been incredibly helpful from the moment we first got in touch to arrange viewing. Gianna is always quick to respond, proactive, and goes above and beyond to find solutions whenever any issues arise. Ghigo has also been extremely helpful, and it's reassuring to know that he's available to assist should any problems come up. Overall, we've had a great experience and would highly recommend the team at Jacksons.

Recently sold two properties in Balham

I recently sold two properties in Balham. Tom Dabell (Senior Sales Consultant) and his team were very knowledgeable of the area and were able to give good advice. Tom was most helpful and kept a close eye on progress and feedback. Kelly Sims (Manager) also acted as a liaison person between Jacksons and the purchaser. I had not experienced this service before but found it really smoothed the way forward and certainly helped to speed up the sale process. Well done Jacksons!

Go above and beyond

My review relates specifically to my property manager Aimee Raval, who recently went above and beyond to help me with an administrative issue. The issue required my tenants to drop something to the Jacksons office, and when they were unable to do this, Aimee kept in regular contact with me, and eventually went to the property herself to fix the issue and saved me a lot of stress. I can't thank her enough for how helpful she was, and continues to be in her role.

I dealt with Candace who was very nice and smiley. She knew all the details about the properties she showed me, all the way down to the boilers. This was actually pretty impressive as I wasn’t sure what questions I should be asking, but she provided the relevant info without having to be asked. I didn’t want to deal with different agents so it was nice to have one point of contact, who was punctual and very responsive. I would recommend Candace to sell your home / buy one if you’re in the market. I wouldn’t actually recommend any other agent in Balham as they are frankly not as good as Candace & Jacksons. Cheers

They changed agents on the middle of the transaction which is according to them normal but after completion I sent numerous emails asking about issues on the property and no one is replying? These are not major problems but need to be answered by the sellers. I understand after completion you don’t have responsibility but there is at least one week you reply? Confussed as they did send an email when I moved asking for water meter and never came back. Not great. Sort your team out.

After working for three months with my builder and spending a lot of money to get my rental flat in SW16 in good order I entrusted it to Jackson’s rental team . As Alex Bland said “we are good at matching people up “ ( landlords and tenants) Thankyou to Paul Rooney and his team of whom I met three attentive polite and helpful rental agents . I had plenty of opportunity to ask questions and there is a lot of compliance to understand all of it taken step by step during the journey to find a tenant . Thankyou for all the viewings and to Alex in particular who matched my garden flat to two lovely applicants. Thankyou to Alex for injecting the sense of humour that was so helpful in sometimes what seemed a stressful time along with the utmost patience and professionalism . Jacksons have just helped us complete the sale on our Balham flat. Throughout, the Jacksons team - in particular Raymond Addy, manager of the Balham/Clapham office, and Daniel Sprigings - have been very professional and we've felt really supported through the process. The sale of the flat has been a bit of a saga in that one buyer was scared off by the budget, and another fell seriously ill and had to withdraw. However Jacksons kept getting viewers and offers - persistence pays - and have seen us through to a successful sale. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Jacksons to any potential seller and buyer; they are both proactive and responsive, and focus on the client.

Had a great experience selling my flat through Jackson’s. They were slightly on the higher end price-wise compared to other estate agents but you absolutely get what you pay for (I know people who sold elsewhere and had very different experiences). They have a great network of potential buyers and we were able to sell before the flat went out onto the market. Their customer service from them was excellent, they kept me fully in the loop on progress from their end and they treated my tenants respectfully while organising viewings etc. Shout out to Poppy, Kelly and Lara who were all great.

Jacksons estate agents have been fantastic to work with on our recent rent hunt. Seamless process renting in SW London

I'm currently renting through Jacksons Estate Agency in Streatham (Streatham Hill) and have had an excellent experience throughout. I have rented throughout London for ~10 years and this has been the best experience I have had with an estate agency. The viewing process, offer, review, and acceptance was done within a 24hr turnaround time, with all three of the properties we viewed on that day being close to or matching our expectations. Our main point of contact, Elizabeth Blackwood, has been helpful in communicating and resolving any issues and answering any questions; similarly, the maintenance and corrections done to the property by Ghigo were efficient and timely, both were a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend anyone in the SW London area to work with the above.
