Jacksons Balham, Raymond Addy is amazing. From the very start when he showed us a number of houses he has been phenomenal. Without Raymond this purchase would 100% not have happened. There were many moments when it seemed like it would not proceed but Raymond kept us all on track and was always helpful, available, patient and incredibly wise with his views and suggestions. Selling a property is stressful. However, overall a good experience with Jacksons. Kirk was reliable and available when I needed to speak to him. He was professional and likeable. Organising viewings was clear through their email apt system which helped the process. I would recommend Jacksons. The estate agents suggest a sell-price and then sooner than expected suggest you reduce the price as you aren't getting the offers you expected. This probably happens everywhere but I was disappointed to hear this sooner than expected at Jacksons is the only feedback.

Sophie at Jacksons Balham was so amazing. We had a very long drawn out, painful sale and the only thing that made it bearable was Sophie. She made us feel like there was at least some control in the selling process and walked us through each part of the process as they continued to come up. We didn't feel supported by our solicitors at all and relied on Sophie to help us understand what was required from each party involved. She was always easy to get in touch with and was always able to help keep us calm when the stress levels were going through the roof.

I'm a first time buyer and everyone at Jacksons was very helpful and supportive all the way through the process, from initial viewings until moving in. Thanks in particular to Sophie Doughty who went out of her way to help me. There were loads of issues with the solicitors which delayed things by several months but Sophie was always on my side and kept things moving in the right direction even when I was feeling frustrated and ready to give up on the property.
