Jackson's are selling my flat and have been great. I had 10 viewings within a week of signing up and Harry secured a full asking offer. Unfortunately my buyer's sale fell through and she was then unable to proceed - which was really disappointing as we were 6 weeks along. Harry got the flat straight back on the market; 5 viewings in 3 days and I was back under offer on the 4th day. Harry is completely on top of the sale, chasing everyone across the process. Broadly speaking, a good experience selling through Jackson’s. We got off to a bit of a slow start (not helped by the market), but I was happy with the approach taken to finding buyers. They didn't just show people through the door for the sake of it. There were some times where there could have been more communication with us, particularly re. viewings, e.g. some viewings were booked a week to 10 days in advance and then we didn't receive a reminder. Jonathon Cooke was our estate agent from Jacksons when we were looking to buy a property in Balham. I cannot recommend him enough. Right from the start he showed us only the most relevant properties for our needs. He was very proactive in reaching out to us when new properties were coming on the market. Once we finalised our property, he was hands on involved throughout the process in liaising with the seller. Also something to mention was that he was super prompt on email and if I missed him on call, he always got back. In a process such as buying a house, these small things really help with the timeline and Jonathon made sure that we had the best experience throughout. Selling a home is never easy but especially when your property is caught up in the cladding issue - it stalled the sale and made it very painful. Sophie Doughty was my sales support manager and she was brilliant! She stood out - and not just because it was refreshing to see a female face among the classic male dominant set up of SW London estate agents - though there was that (it’s an area Jackson’s can improve on - a bit of diversity) her attitude and support was the best of all her colleagues - they were good, Sophie was the best! She has empathy for one thing but was also efficient and a good communicator. I recently went on viewings over several weekends with Kadeem from the Jacksons Tooting branch. As it was my first time looking for something south of the river, he was very helpful and patient in answering all my numerous questions. In addition to giving me his honest opinions on the potential of each property we viewed, he also give me a helpful overview on the various parts of Tooting and the surrounding areas.Given my spec, he was able to send over various options, with potential to extend to give me the space I wanted, that I would not have known to consider.In the end, I have purchased somewhere else but nevertheless, I would highly recommend Kadeem as someone to contact if you're searching for a property in Tooting.
