Tristan Garton at Jackson’s in Balhan sales was absolutely fabulous. Having had a failed sale/purchase previously he was calm and understanding. Unlike other estate agents I did not get bombarded with unsuitable properties. He knew what I wanted and as soon as it came up he let me know and it was secured quickly and easily. He was also fully supportive and responsive through the process. Five star service. Would not hesitate to recommend Tristan having had bad experiences and time wasters not listening or pushing me to see things that were not in my price range. Certainly the best I worked with over a year of hunting. Eternally grateful. Thank you.

With so many estate agencies (online and high street) it is so difficult to make an informed decision about who to use. My initial meeting with the Sales Manager Ed was very open and honest - something that seems to be integral with the ethos of Jackson's. I would highly recommend Jackson's estate agency and most importantly the exceptional customer service and complete professionalism that I received from my Sales Consultant Harry Laflin who went above and beyond on so many occasions.

Jackson's sold our flat and were a really solid estate agents in a difficult market. Tom was brilliant from start to finish, one of the most pragmatic and honest estate agents in Balham. We both trusted Tom to sell our flat and he was very proactive in searching for potential buyers and showed integrity throughout the process. He was also fantastic towards the end as he pushed through the exchange date really quickly......I don't think there is a better estate agents than Jacksons in Balham.

I used Jacksons to sell my flat as they seemed to have the lion's share of properties on the market in Balham and I was impressed by my first meeting with the manager, Ed. I needed to get my property on the market quickly and they arranged for a photographer to visit within a day or two. There were a few teething problems with the sales particulars in terms of photos originally chosen by them but I was very impressed with the lines of communication throughout the process. All agents seemed to be up to speed with feedback from appointments, which was kept on a centralised database, so there was no playing phone tag to speak to a particular agent. I had the most dealings with Tom who found me two possible buyers and who was very good in his communications with the eventual buyer, mortgage broker, solicitors and the other agent in the chain.

We would highly recommend Jackson's Balham Estate Agents and in particular Helen Cerpnjak and the team. Helen helped find our flat in Balham 4 years ago by suggesting a property that would have fallen out of our filters - we are very grateful she did because we had an amazing 4 years in our flat in Balham. When we came to sell our property, it was a very easy choice who we put it on the market with and again Jackson's delivered - achieving full asking price prior to going live on the market! A big thanks has to go to Tristan Garton who was able to find a buyer so quickly, and Nicole Snape who helped ensure a smooth sales process. Overall, we are very glad we used Jackson's when buying and selling our property and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I recently purchased a flat through Jacksons, with Helen as my agent. From start to finish she was absolutely fantastic. As a first-time buyer I had millions of questions and constantly pestered her, but Helen was always happy to answer them all and talk me through the process. Jacksons Balham is the best estate agency I have encountered in the quite long time it took me to find the right property to purchase. They have a great selection of properties, they proposed the right ones to me, and they have a great level of service. I have been dealing mostly with Thomas Gardner but I have been impressed by the consistent high level of professionalism of their team. Tom has been very patient with me and he eventually found me the right property to buy. He has been great in supporting through exchange and completion as well. All in all a great team of real estate professionals and excellent communicators.
