GoogleJacksons were wonderful for selling our flat, and they did an magnificent job of keeping our buyer interested for the six months it evnetually took us to find our next house. I doubt we would be moving without Helen at Jacksons there to keep our buyer keen and then keep the solicitors moving!

I've had my ups and downs with Jacksons, including some incredibly poor service (they both let and manage a rental property I have in Balham) but it seems to have got a bit better of late and I'm very happy with my current property manager Kerry Dunmall who is always responsive and proactive.

Dreadful service and management of Cara at Colchester branch, nasty vile bully who likes to try and belittle you and they refuse to give deposits back which means you have to take them to the Ombudsman which we won and if you Google them look at their dreadful reviews

Jackson’s engineered two gazumpings, using our offers, which had been accepted, as leverage. They were unprofessional and opportunistic and focused exclusively on money, rather than trust that should underpin a professional relationship. If you don’t want to be screwed for money, run a mile from Jackson’s.
