If I could leave no stars, I would. Appalling experience with arrogant agents, whose incompetence meant we were tied to an outrageous contract and missed out on buying the house we loved! What’s worse is there was no apology and they had the audacity to call recently and ask if we were still interested in selling. No way would we go near a high street agent again.

Very disappointing. Unfortunately I had been with Jackson for a few years and was naive enough to think that their repeated mistakes and errors were one-offs. Clearly some systemic issues with how they run the property management side of the business as well as variability in competence levels of its employees. I eventually left but I regret leaving it so long and incurring continued expenses. Balham and Streatham hill office
