useless and incompetent.I enquired for a 475k property with the clpham branch.They calleed me but I couldn't pick up. I call back and they ask how they can help, I explain they just called me. They start asking how much I can spend, ignoring that I called for a specific property, I answer it depend on the property so the junior guy that was working at mcdonald few months ago asks if I can spend 4 millions, at that point was clear how unprofessional and clueless the person was
