I have just started with this letting agency and it has been a great and surprisingly easy process so far. I was worried about moving to London and becoming part of a faceless sea of tennants. However, our property manager Kerry has been amazing - always answering my questions (however many annoying emails I send on a Monday morning).

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Jacksons - they were tremendous with the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new house. Our transactions were far from simple for a number of reasons and they were always very calm and helpful. We would recommend them highly for any moves in and out of the Balham area and nearby. Hopefully we won't have to move for a number of years but we'll definitely use them again!
