GoogleWe chose Jackson’s as they seemed more honest and trustworthy than other agents in Balham - plus they have a good sales record, led excellently by Ed. Fortunately we were correct. They were a delight to deal with and sold our property at the first viewing within 4 days of contract and before needing to list it! Well done Tristan, Ed and team. Choose Jacksons ahead of KFH and others every time. KFH are not trustworthy - they screwed us over, by encouraging a gazumping, when we tried buying in the area and had an offer accepted and fees occurred with the solicitor. That sale fell through as the buyer couldn’t afford it and we found somewhere else with a different agent. Karma.

GoogleAfter a sale, via a different agent, fell through at the last minute I really thought I would have to forget about moving. But I asked Jacksons to take on my property and see if they could sell it quickly to try and save my chain from collapsing. I wasn't hopeful but they came up trumps and managed to obtain a good price for me in a challenging market. I found them great at communication and very on the ball. As I originally purchased through Jacksons I have dealt with them as both a buyer and seller and would happily recommend them for both.

I cannot commend him enough on his professionalism, knowledge and help during this time. He was approachable and friendly at all times, punctual, and always responded to emails and calls in a timely manner with all the information I required. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I really felt he went above and beyond to help me in what proved to be a highly successful search. Not only did he assist me in finding the perfect property, but he was then invaluable in guiding me, a first time buyer, through the process, making excellent recommendations for mortgage brokers, solicitors and surveyors, all of which I subsequently used. I really feel he made a daunting and potentially highly stressful process, straight forward, pain fee and smooth flowing. I cannot thank him enough.

GoogleWe've used Jacksons twice while we've lived in Balham - they were the agent when we bought and we used them again when we sold. In the buying process they were professional and helpful, and we largely based our decision to use them for our sale on that experience. We were really pleased with how they handled our sale - we received asking price offers within a week and our flat sold quicker than others that were on the market before ours. They also did a great job in keeping our buyer warm while we set about trying to find somewhere to move to. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.
