GoogleMy experience with Jackson Stops was superb from start to finish. The team in Wimbledon Village worked with us to help us get our flat on the High Street in 2016 and then ever since we had gold star service from Margaret - the legendary letting's manager - who was always there to help whenever we had an issue and who also kept up with all the certifying of equipment that needs to be done every year. As we reach the end of our tenancy we have come consider Margaret to be a true friend not just someone we dealt with on a professional basis. Everybody hates Estate Agents and we were beginning to but we switched to J-S and we love them! Could not be more friendly and helpful and always respond to emails and calls quickly. As sellers, they got us plenty of viewings and a sale. Can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe have been letting our property with Jackson Stops in Wimbledon for over 20 years. We have worked with a number of different staff there and the service has been consistently good. Our recent change of tenants handled by Laura and Margaret involved a major re decoration. All handled by them professionally and achieving good value for us. Margaret handles all our ongoing repairs and makes it more stress free than it was doing it ourselves and gets better prices!!! Finding a new home is never easy, especially in today’s market. Antony in the Weybridge branch however, did not only offer a high degree of professionalism and knowledge, but also a friendly and personal approach. Out of all the estate agents I was dealing with, he was the only one who went above and beyond to stay in regular contact to highlight properties which fitted my criteria as they were being launched. Would not hesitate to use them again.
