The Tunbridge Wells branch has managed my property for several years. They have done this extremely well. The experience has been courteous and professional, staff always available; tenants have been looked after and quickly replaced once they leave; maintenance is attended to quickly with minimum fuss; and rent has been paid-on within a couple of days of receipt. This has been very reassuring as an owner. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody else.

GoogleThey became my agent in the middle of a lease agreement as a result of their take-over of another agent. Frankly I was a little bit concerned about the change, but they turned out to be better than my previous agent. Especially Sarah has been quick and very efficient. Really good agent.
