We bought our home in Dullingham via Jackson-Stops 5 years ago. They were so professional and a pleasure to work with then, that when we decided to sell it earlier this year we had no hesitation in using them again. From the moment they took our instruction they were first class in keeping us informed, not just from what was going on, but also liaising with our buyers, our solicitors and our purchase in keeping everyone on the same page. Every time we phoned up, no matter who we spoke to, everyone always knew everything about our file. I would, however, like to say a special mention to Samantha, who not only went out of her way to make sure that everything went through as smoothly and stress-free as possible, even on her days off, but the fact that she took time out in looking after us. She was always available if ever we needed help with anything, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Unfortunately though, since we've sold, I do miss our morning update chats on the way to work! Thank you for making it happen.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Karl at Jackson-Stops for all the amazing hard work he put in on our behalf to ensure we were, at long last, able to buy the house of our dreams.We think it’s fair to say that at times selling our house at 10 Ewanville, was particularly difficult and stressful and without Karl’s expertise and guidance, not to mention his excellent advice on how to handle certain situations, the outcome could have been very different. To say I'm not impressed is an understatementIt was that bad when they left Jackson -Stops cleaners bill alone was £998 and it was recommended I needed new carpets and superkingsize mattress where the dog had p'd all over it!
