I had a really positive experience with Sasha throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating from the beginning, even going out of her way to arrange an earlier viewing for me, which I really appreciated. Harry and the team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. They suggested a sound strategy for listing and presenting the property and then were hands on with viewings, engagement with prospective buyers and then the actual sales process. Their proximity to the Pimlico grid makes all of this so much easier as they can solve a lot of problems by heading quickly to the property on foot when needed. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a really efficient 'on the ground' team who are also polite and friendly.

I started my rental experience with Jackson Stops Pimlico on September 24th for a 1-bedroom apartment with my gf, so it’s been exactly a month now. The viewing process before confirming the rental was smooth. We just decided on the same day we viewed to rent the property and the confirmation from the agent/landlord was also prompt. Although there was a slight delay during the contract signing process due to some temporary difficulties reaching the landlord, Georgia from Jackson-stops handled it professionally, giving us an estimated resolution time and having promptly reached the landlord. We so far have worked with both Alex and Georgia during the rental process, and they were highly professional and very kind. They also gave us timely advice on setting up utilities like water and electricity. Afterward, we were introduced to a property management team as our day-to-day contacts, who have also been very helpful. Martina has been great with our communication and helped with various stuff including the not-functioning microwave. We look forward to having a great rental experience over the next year and hope any issues that arise will continue to be addressed as promptly as they have been in these first two weeks!

Patronising and dishonest

I initially approached this company after viewing a property they were marketing and considering making an offer. However, I was told they wouldn’t take on my own property as it was “outside their remit.” This didn’t appear accurate, as I’ve since seen them advertise several similar properties in my local area, both in size and value. When I challenged this, they reluctantly agreed to proceed. Unfortunately, their overall manner came across as rude, patronising, and unprofessional, which did not inspire confidence. As a result, I decided to instruct another estate agent.

I've been a tenant now with Jackson-Stops since early January and every interaction I've had with the staff at the Pimlico & Westminster office has been exceptional. We worked closely with Henry to secure our flat and found him to be attentive, thorough, and kind. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA! As renter Jackson Stops decided to share my employer details & work email address with all the residents of the block of flats I lived in. Which lead to another resident using my work email, this was previously unknown to the other residents. When questioned they felt this was a minor data breach and not worthy to be referred to the ICO, as it was a staff mistake which was OK! Six months arter moving out of the property Jackson Stops felt it was appropriate to give my personal telephone number to a contractor to organise repairs to the flat I had moved out from, Jackson Stops did not believe this was a data breach they said it was an “inconvenience”. I thought six months after leaving the property they would not be giving my personal data out without my consent ! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
