They had some changes in the team, so we had our ups and downs but since Sylwia Chlopek (property manager) joined the team the experience is always very positive. Great communication, never leaves you hanging and super professional.

Fantastic service, simple process from start to finish. Lottie and the team were fantastic in both the sale and purchase of our new and old home. The purchase was not a straight forward due to complications with the new property but the communication between ourselves and the sellers were second to none!I would also like to note that the selling process was a piece of cake and with only a handful of selected and qualified prospects we had 4 viewings and two asking price offers in just 5 days. What more can you ask for.Thank you Lottie, Chris, Ed and the team. Looking forward to the next one.

Karl Ormerod was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and instructive of the house he showed us. He was able to answer all the questions we asked and came back to us promptly on questions we wanted asked of the seller. He kept us informed all the through and chased solicitors . We used Jackson stops for the first time in January to sell our property. We chose Jackson Stops because Anthony was extremely professional, felt he was very honest and not a pushy agent.Our house sold within 24 hours of going live and exchanged contracts 7 days later.The photos and video that were taken are fantastic and attracted alot of attention very quickly which led to the speedy sale.We have already recommended Anthony and the team to friends as we are so happy with their service. We recently purchased a property through Jackson-Stop and Neil was our broker on this particular sale. Throughout the process, Neil was communicative, responsive and always made us feel like we were a priority. Managing a sale between seller and buyer can often be challenging, but Neil has a flair for meeting the needs of all parties and keeping everyone focused on reaching the best possible outcome. Overall a fantastic white-glove experience and when it comes time to list ourselves, we will be looking to Jackson-Stops.

Jane Bishop was wonderful throughout this difficult process (the sale of my late mother's house during lock down presenting both emotional and practical issues). She was easy to approach, she was quick to respond to messages, she went above and beyond in helping: for instance, she ensured that an agent went to the house weekly (even if there was not a viewing) to check on it for insurance purposes as it was an empty house. She facilitated the removal of some contents to local charities. And the house sale went through smoothly from one of the early viewings, achieving the asking price. Jane was exemplary throughout, and did not relinquish her attention to detail even after the house was under offer.

GoogleHarry and the team were excellent in handling the sale of my 1-bedroom flat in the Pimlico grid while I was overseas. In what was a not-as-easy-as-hoped-for market, they secured a number of offers, found a solid buyer and moved the process along with regular communication, and were available and friendly by email, phone or WhatsApp. They delivered where others talked.

We have moved around a lot and dealt with some of the worst people in this industry. But as a new tenant and having the little things ironed out and fixed as soon as humanly possible, Lesley Coppack has been absolutely outstanding. We are not sure if this is a function of not being in inner city London or what, but I don't want that to detract from Lesley's speed of service and all around competence to do a stellar job. Honestly, my wife and I cannot sing her praises enough

GoogleI recently rented an apartment via Jackson-Stops and Georgia was absolutely amazing through the whole process. I felt very comfortable raising all my concerns which she and her team(shoutout to Will too) patiently handled. Georgia regularly updated me with feedback and even replied on weekends!! We were buyers of a property listed by Jackson Stops. We experienced some uncertainty towards the end of the conveyancing process and were nervous that the entire sale would fall apart. Thankfully, the communication from James and Ria was positive, consistent, and of high quality. If James said he would contact me by the next morning with news, he did. I credit them with saving the entire purchase. Very grateful for their efforts!
