GoogleI first spoke to Emma who was really nice and sent me videos of apartments because I was not in London, then she had passed me on to Viola who found me my flat! Viola was amazing, so easy to communicate, she was available at all times, she sent me so much information and even helped me rent furniture! 100% recommend!!

Paula and Jodie at Jackson Stops (rentals) have been amazing, we were asked to vacate our rental property and were struggling to find anything suitable....Paula fully considered our needs and wants, found us an awesome cottage and sold us to the landlord as fantastic tenants for a long term rental. Can't thank them enough for looking after us so well and helping us find a house we could call home.Fully recommend them.

I've been a landlord with Jackson Stops East Sussex for several years now. The team have helped me during a particularly difficult time and with a very bad tenant. In particular I can say Katie, Helen, Bronwen and Becky in accounts have been absolutely fantastic. Katrin has just taken over as my letting agent and I'm sure I will have just as good a relationship with her. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

GoogleRenting property is fraught with all sorts of different issues and pitfalls. When you're new to the rental market, there's even more to be cautious about. But I was hugely impressed with the professional and friendly lettings team at JSS Mayfair. Everything, from the initial viewings, through making an offer and taking references, and the tenancy agreement itself, was handled calmly and efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and e-mails never went unanswered, with timely responses to questions and queries. They're clearly a very capable team, and one I would be happy to deal with again.

TrustpilotJackson-Stops: But the team keeps going.
Staff were always cheerful and helpful within the Agent. Although probably down to health circumstances, it was a shame we only had contact with the Director dealing with us once. The photographers they chose did not really provide good quality output and weren't particularly sympathetic to the Covid 'guidelines'. So, I would suggest they review their partners that they outsource such aspects to. Fees are on the high side.

GoogleAfter approaching many other Agents in London who promised plenty but offered not much, Viola and Jackson Stops were a great help in our search and securing a rental.
