I worked closely with Nella and she was extremely nice and competent and knows the property market like no one else in London. She understood immediately what I was looking for and she did her best to show me apartments within only a few hours of time, exactly matching my needs and taste. Nella was not pushing and convincing to let/buy as many other agents in London do, but remained professional, kind and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. She was always available and responsive. I would definitively recommend working with Nella, she literally is one of the best brokers in London!

I have had a difficult experience with Jackson-Stops not understanding how to deal with the sharing of the ownership of my flat with my daughter. However, Property Manager Jess Lynagh who liaised between myself and her management was exemplary, she listened, understood the issue and was always prompt in her replies and persistent in resolving the problem.

Absolutely appalling sales experience

Absolutely appalling sales experience. From being told that the buyers were cash buyers to then being told they didn't have the deposit. No fact checking had been carried out and we were led along for months without regular updates and the agent side stepping and avoiding calls only to find out the sale had fallen through and Jackson-Stops were aware but hadn't even bothered to update us! Absolutely no follow through.

Makes the challenges of letting much smoother

Moving to a new country is always a challenge. Paula B. and Jackson-Stops really helped make the process much smoother. I felt supported through the letting process. We purchased our first property through Jackson-Stops. From start to finish they were amazing.Throughout the whole process they kept in contact with us either through email or telephone call. Keeping us up to date with updates from the seller or the solicitor. Even when we were waiting for long periods of time for information, they would keep us informed that they are doing all they can to keep the process moving.Once we completed and we went to pick up the keys, we were greeted with friendly and chatty employees who were really happy for us. They even gave us a bottle of champagne which was a really thoughtful touch.
