After having a not so great experience with another letting agency I found IC really refreshing and a pleasure to deal with They are very professional and have been extremely efficient from the start They’ve also managed to rent our property in record time with no hassle whatsoever I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any and everyone with full confidence Big thanks especially to Sharon & Murat

TrustpilotExtremely Patient and Understanding
I just rented a property through IC property and I’ve never been so happy. Despite my process having taken quite a bit of time the agent that was allocated to me was always attentive to me. Every time I contacted them I got answers straight away. I don’t hesitate at all when I say if you are looking for a home IC property really does deliver.

Complete stress free guaranteed management. I have used many so called guaranteed rent agents over the years but this is the only genuine scheme that I have come across. I never have to contact them as rent is always paid in time and they also monitor and advise as to regulatory requirements without me having to keep track. My individual property manager Murat goes above and beyond.

TrustpilotExcellent service from Declan Molloy
A massive thank you to you and your team for helping me out to rent the flat in North London. The service you provide is very efficient, very friendly and it's a shame more companies (not mentioning any names!) don't have the same approach as you, as it is really exemplary.
