As a multiple landlord, ic property is by far the best agent in the north London area especially in the Edmonton region. TrustpilotThey found me a nice flat
They found me a nice flat, love it. Have only 1 issue. But overall the service I received was very good, communication 100% paper work hassle free. Icing on the cake, IC Property did not request my life story, like some letting agency.

GoogleWould never go back to this company again. Wasted my time for over a month. Agent took ages to get back to me. Every time I phoned the office he was either out or on another call. Terrible customer service. Over priced FEES. Avoid.

GoogleWhen I was looking for a house on the homefinders scheme these guys were brilliant!!!VERY HONEST not like some other agencies who calim that the council will not pay your deposit, which is not true!and want to take a £2000 deposit off you!!!!

GoogleVery helpful ppl. But some of their properties are very dirty after tenants left. Landlords don't like to spend money on cleaning them before offering to new tenants.
