An absolute pleasure to deal with this agency. I’d always used larger chain agents to manage my properties until several years ago when IC Property was recommended to me. Somehow they manage to retain the professional and knowledgeable aspects you need from agent without A) charging you a fortuneB) losing the ‘personal’ touchReally reassuring to have the balance of old fashioned values with modern day offerings. Have recommended to friends and family and they have all been impressed too. I honestly hated estate agents until I met Kevin- he is a breath of fresh air and second to none on his industry knowledge. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

TrustpilotIC Property A Great Estate Agency
IC Property is a friendly estate agency that I have used for almost three years now. They have specialised people for all aspects of their services. IT property's best practice is to keep their clients well informed and up to date with progress. As a land lord I worked with Mr. Murat Topkuoglu who finds and vets would be tenants. He understands their needs, matches their requirements against available properties and for letting cases he matches the requirements of both the landlords and the tenants to end up with a winning contract.I also dealt with Ms. Sharon Atwal who deals with registrations and legal matters. She is efficient and knows her area very well.To a less extent I do receive regular accounting notifications from Mr. Hakan Yilmaz, and I only receive communications from Ms. Jessica Gumus and Ms. Jasmin Holdershow about matters relating to the property and follow-ups. However the entire team work together very well, and they always manage to resolve my issues whether it is in their area of specialisation or not.

Googleterrible agency / no heating in the house, The agency doesn't care at all and doesn't fix it
Alice · 22 June 2023
Agent replied · 21 June 2024
Dear Alice, having received notification of your review, we checked our database and maintenance logs to find we do not have any tenant with your name or similar and no outstanding heating issues in any of our properties. We can only assume that perhaps your review has been left in error or misdirected to the wrong agency.
Best of luck with your heating issue, we hope that your agent sorts this quickly for you and would be happy to put you in touch with a great legal representative if they don't.
