TrustpilotIC Property
Selling a house is a very stressful time especially when it has been your home for many years. This company was recommended to us by a friend who praised them and I can see why. IC Property were excellent from the beginning of the process to the end. They conducted themselves in a professional yet friendly manner. The staff in the office who answered the phone always ensured that calls were returned or would help if they could but special praise should go to Murat. He took all the viewings explained any problems which he helped to resolve and was available at any time. A real credit to the company which we highly recommend.

TrustpilotLandlord of many years
I have been working with IC Property who fully let and manage my property for many years now, even before they moved to their shiny new office on Hertford Road. They have always set the standards high in many important fields in the sector including seevice and communication. Ive never had any problems getting hold of any ingormation, paperwork or just employees in general through the years. The IC Property team have for sure grown over the years and brought along many more employees to their team but being someone who has had communications with probably each and every member i can vouch for all of them. Most of my communication now goes through Jessica who is just plain simply excellent. Always helpful and always available when you need.Keep up the good work guys :-)H

TrustpilotGreat experience with IC Properties
I have been using IC Property to mange my properties for over 8 years. In this time I've have had a number of tenants in my properties that have come and go, but each time, Sharon, Jasmine and Jessica have managed to ensure I've had no problems or issues. Unlike other agencies I've dealt with in the past, Jasmine, actually communicates what is happening and makes you feel comfortable and confident any issues would be resolved. Another thing to note, which for a landlord is helpful, is they take their fees as a percentage when you are paid, not a lump sum a year in advance. I would highly recommend them..

TrustpilotMurat put my property up on the Market…
Murat put my property up on the Market after the lockdown and within a few viewings we had an acceptable offer. Things moved on quickly and Murat always kept me updated on the progress of the sale. We hit a couple of snags during the sale process but hats off to Murat who took control and helped push the sale through. I would highly recommend IC property and Murat if you are looking to sell. Thanks!!!!
