Highly Recommend IC!

I came across IC a few years ago and have since been in regular contact with the team. After informing Murat of my requirements, I went on to buy the second property I viewed! Murat was extremely professional, having advised and updated me throughout the whole process (including after working hours!) which was extremely reassuring during such a stressful time. He really does go above and beyond!! Jasmine, Jess and Sharon and the whole team have since been extremely helpful, friendly and always welcoming whenever I have had questions or come into the office. I highly recommend the company as you really don’t get estate agents these days who look after and truly care about the needs of their clients. Thanks IC for all your help.

One of the best Estate Agents around

During the purchase of our house, we mostly spoke to the Sales Manager, Murat, who has been very professional and helpful throughout the process. He would always pick up whenever we called, even if it is just to let us know he will call back in a couple of minutes (a trait few possess in this market because some simply do not answer). Due to these reasons, we never felt hesitant when we had a question or when we were calling him too many times because he had built up a level of trust by doing these little but very significant acts. Even when problems arose in our purchase, such as the EPC rating not being high enough, Murat took care of the problem over the weekend, faster than we hoped. Lastly, when we were going to receive the keys, we were always informed about the situation over the phone with Murat. Big thanks to Declan as well because he informed us clearly about the situation of the property when we went in for the first viewing.Three words to describe our experience: professional, fast and trustworthy.

Not usually one for leaving reviews but I feel it is only fair and due to give a huge thanks to the team at IC Property, in particular Murat who went beyond the call of duty with the sale of my house. I had initially prepared myself for a stressful process as past experiences with other agents have been pretty awful and consuming but I was so overwhelmed by the level of knowledge, competence, dedication and communication from Murat- I felt confident in his ability and valued from our very first contact! Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic I was continuously hearing that sales were falling through but Murat never took his foot off the proverbial pedal for a second and ensured everything went through as expected. I never doubted him for a second! I honestly couldn’t recommend any higher if I tried. Thank you.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Murat and Peter were instrumetal in helping me get my property on the market, from arranging minor works, to doing the HPC - both were always at the end of the phone happy to take my calls. Outstanding service from Murat & the team at IC Property. One of the best estate agents in the area. Used their lettings service, and was extremely impressed with how professional and ethical they were when dealing with both myself and the lovely tenant they found! Murat and Sharon were absolutely fantastic in finding us a house to rent. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made us felt comfortable throughout the process. Stress free!

IC property really helped me with my property. A bad idea trying to rent to property myself, after my tenants moved out and left the property in a bad condition in only 6 months I wasn't sure where to start from. I gave IC property a set of my keys and I was stress free from that day and I haven't looked back since. They quoted for my property to done up to a good condition and they took the payment from me in instalments so while I was still receiving rent, I also got my bill paid off in 6 months. From the first day I went to IC PROPERTY in search of rental accomodation I was pleasantly greeted by Murat Topcuoglu. He was friendly, listened to what I was ideally looking for and promptly gave me suitable options to meet my requirements, ideas and personality (taking into consideration other housed tenants). I made a decision and signed to move in fairly quickly. The support given upon moving in, ease of communication with Murat and friendliness was mostly what led to the decision; as well as the property itself. The kindness and professionalism continued throughout my move, if and when any issues have arose where I needed his support and does to this day. Never Disappointed
