Helpful, well informed staff. Very simple listing process. Ads clearly reach the right audience as I had 10 replies in the first day and flat was let within 3 days.... At less than 5% of high street agents prices it's a obvious choice. Recommended.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. I did everything online through their extremely easy to use website but had one quick question so I sent an email expecting a reply first thing on Monday, and then moments later (quite late on a Friday night!) I was getting replies - and a few moments later, my listings were all literally showing on Zoopla, Rightmove, and Prime Location. Very very pleased😀

Easy no fuss Rental

My experience has been very good. Twice I have rented my property within a couple of days due to the wide access iantheagent provides for a very reasonable price. Much cheaper than estate agents and I can arrange viewing times that suits me.

Highly recommended

What a brilliant service. Great value for money, the ads generated lots of interest in our property and we've now got a really nice tenant. We had a really bad recent experience recently with a high street estate agents and this was so much better at a fraction of the price. It made me wonder why we'd paid so much commission in the past for a rubbish service. Definitely recommend.

Great - no issues

If you feel confident taking the photos, doing floorplans, writing the advert and doing viewings... it is a no brainer. I found being limited to just 10 photos a little restrictive but it just made sure I used good photos!

simple and effective

Did our own photos, floorplan, description, viewings. Used local valuations as guide but we compared with the open market. Plenty of response and sold at asking price. Simple system gets you advertised on web and saves hundreds of pounds.

Best online estate agent I have found with great value packages for landlords, so have used I Am the Agent for years to rent my flats. They’ve always found good tenants quickly and am using them to manage my property - the customer service has been great. Always someone on the phone I can talk to for advice whenever I need it too. Highly recommend their services!
