GoogleMy partner and I just moved into our new flat, we had Jesse Oteri as our agent. The whole process was super transparent and efficient, he was patient with us (both students so a bit clueless), and helped us through the whole letting process. No weird holding deposit schemes or sketchy pressure to sign, we are very satisfied with Hunters and would definitely recommend for younger renters like us :)

GoogleReally positive experience selling our flat with Hunters. The marketing was extremely good and highly professional, with super photos and brochure. And we got an asking price offer straight away. There were a few twists and turns getting the chain over the line but Daniel kept in touch throughout and made sure we were always informed about what was going on. I would recommend Hunters to anyone selling in Camberwell.

My agent was Catherine Roberts who was brilliant - right from the start she was professional, responsive and, as a first time buyer, I felt really supported throughout the process. She was always quick to respond to my many questions, gave honest and balanced advice, took forward issues promptly, really helped keep the process moving, and at times went above and beyond to help secure an outcome I wanted, even if it wasn’t in her direct interest. GoogleI found a lovely flat via Hunters. Notwithstanding, my house sale fell through on two occasions, they were able to reassure their clients/vendors of my commitment to the purchase and I have secured my flat. Prompt with communications and regular updates were provided. My only small criticism is the ambiguity and lack certainty about access to parking but that was resolved quickly. Very pleased!!

Viewed a rental property. I wanted to proceed but then told they wanted to collect more interest and no communication whatsoever. Absolute shocking service and wouldn't recommend at all. Thankfully I got no further with my application, well I guess I don't know cause they never come back to me. What a joke!!

Trustpilotlettings fees are very high
For lettings their fees are very expensive. First 3 months of my 450 rent studio flat they took and I did not get anything. When tenant leaves another month will be gone as inventory check is 180 and cleaning in 250 and this is for a studio flat. If i want to cancel the contract i have to pay 900. Stay away.
